A pipe welding tractor is an all-position welding machine suitable for on-site construction.

The primary features of the all-position pipe welding machine include lightweight design and portability. It is particularly suitable for automated welding of pipes at construction sites (field construction). It offers simple operation, appropriate welding speed, high production efficiency, strong weld mechanical strength, and low labor intensity.

It accommodates a wide range of workpieces, including pipes with diameters exceeding 150mm. Theoretically, there are no restrictions on weld thickness. Thick-walled pipes can be welded in multiple layers, and it can weld pipe fittings such as pipe welds, pipe elbows, tees, and large/small heads.

1. Applicable Materials: Carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, low-temperature steel, etc. (Non-magnetic materials require carriage track)

2. Applicable Wall Thickness: 3-30mm

3. Applicable Pipe Diameter: φ≥150mm

4. Applicable Welding Wire: Solid or flux-cored wire, diameter φ1.0-1.6mm

5. Applicable Welds: Pipe welds, pipe elbows, tees, large/small heads, and other pipe fittings.

6. Applicable Conditions: Welded joints for various long-distance pipelines, thermal pipelines, buried pipelines, or field welded joints for process pipelines. Safe operation in both indoor and outdoor environments.
