Customer demand: The customer has a large-arm welding robot and needs to be equipped with a large-load robot positioner to realize automated flipping. Qingdao Lu Teng designed a dual-axis robot positioner with a load of 1000kg according to the customer's welding robot. It can carry large workpieces to complete automated production. The welding robot and the dual-axis robot positioner realize eight-axis linkage, which is highly flexible.

Project features:

1. The design of columns on both sides, with an overall specification of 1250mm*1600mm, reduces the floor space and saves infrastructure investment;

2. Fast speed and stable rotation, with a maximum speed of up to 118°/s;

3. It can be wired from 3 directions and is easy to install;

4. Both axes are driven by servo motors, and welding fixtures can be customized;

5. 360-degree rotation displacement, carrying complex welds, and easy to weld.
